 All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping courier, you will receive a shipment confirmation notification containing your tracking details.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

 Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Urban Clicks is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
